Champagne Cocktail



Another excuse to drink the bubbly (and reason to include my beloved bitters)...

Put 1 sugar cube in a Champagne glass.
Lightly sprinkle the sugar cube with Angostura bitters
and pour enough sparkling wine to fill the glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist before serving.
